You're right about one thing -- travel agencies DO use the expression "African tundra" (!!). One wonders what they have in mind, since tundra, by definition, has a permanently frozen subsoil. (In Africa?) Ahh, I've got it! They took you still further south, to Antarctica, during the short summer season, after having dyed the white part of the penguins all black (to fool you into thinking they were authentic natives). But didn't you think to ask why the natives were sitting on eggs? Hmmm... Beware the travel scammers! <g>
