Qualcomm is tapped as well. They have financed far more than I am comfortable with as a QCOM shareholder. Loral needs to raise money themselves. Will they use it to fund more G*? I would hope not, but I wouldn't put it past them. Maybe those dedicated service providers(the ones who sold out when given the chance and the ones who didn't cough up an extra nickel when G* really needed it, nor did they guarantee any debt) will finally see fit to contribute. The only other vendor financing could come from ERICY and Telit, and I don't see much of an impact there even if they had phones to deliver and invoices to finance. The next "vendors" you could get to finance G* would be advertising agencies(no), media(no), and employees(HAHAHA!).
