<<Did Sun require re-engineering ?
Something fatally non-interoperable ?
Are they in last-minute renegotiations on the whole deal ?

Not a clue, but a press release, once released by the company to media, can be on the wires in minutes, so the delay in news indicates something that took them by surprise.

Isn't America great !>>

The surprise could be something as obvious as ANCR realizing they have to take time away from marketing, engineering, and customer support to respond to overblown, shorts-driven rumors and speculation.

If there is anything of substance in the "news release" that could have been reported earlier than "after the close", I'm asking a question. How many readers feel that they were entitled to know and ANCR was obligated to let the shareholders know, what was going on? Please, I asked this question, on line, earlier in the week and I received some rather "smug" replies, so for my own piece of mind (and I'm quite certain there are many other shareholders who were "blind sided") throw your opinions at me.

Thank You
