yes it is. whenever a BP doesn't change from the previous day, I always double check to make sure it's been updated (it was). do keep in mind that pnf charts only move in one direction each day. so if a stock gaps down but reverses up later in the day and hits new highs, those new highs aren't recorded till the following day (assuming the stock doesn't completely rev down and print more O's first :-)
also, from the big drop in the NDX (and BPNDX), I would assume it will take some time to print new buy signals on the individual charts since many went down rather hard.
