Interesting url, Rocket. Seems like Tivo could have trouble on a number of fronts. I can't believe that it could possible succeed in substituting its broadcast (i.e., by delayed ERP)free of the commercials of the original broadcast or web event--but more cheeky yet, substitute its own commercials--I just don't see it, without paying the tollkeeper. I'll have to check out the thread to see what John is referring to. I would like to think that if the Tivo technology is guide enabled that it is GMST's IPR. Steve
