Jay,

Ancor will respond to this one, I guarantee it.

You will find out just how overblown this whole ordeal is.

They have a market cap over 1 Billion dollars. Whether they did 3M in Q4, 5M or 7M really does not matter. It would take 50M in revenue to justify the current market cap. This is still a story stock, in transition from negligable revenue to monster revenue. They will do well into 9 figures in revenue in 2001, they will still be growing rapidly. You want to judge the value by backwards looking revenue? Fine, but this market will punish that attitude just as it has the past couple years.

As far as insider ownership, they guys are not Billionaires like Reyes. They have not sold their stock and they have a nice option package. They bought on the open market what they could afford. What is your problem with that?

Have fun with your short, I will be a lot more relaxed with my long position.

Steve

<< Take note they do have an Investor Relations department whose sole function is to maintain communications with media and investors.

You're inferring that the IR dept moonlights as marketing, engineering, and customer support ?

I thought not.>>

1) "I thought not"--I don't like your tone.

2) What I am saying, not inferring, is that the current 'crisis' has the full attention of ANCR mangement at all including the highest levels.

confidence-evaporating insider holding level of less than 100K shares.

Jay, since you keep beating this dead horse in every single post of yours: Ancor's employees have stock options at single digit prices up the wazoo, hence no need at all to hold shares. Capisci?
