Based upon the action since the beginning of this year, that could happen any day now.
If you take a look at a price & volume graph, it is very apparant that since late October NTRX is under accumulation.
Practically whenever the price ends in a plus for the day, the volume has been above average. When the price has fallen for the day, the volume is usually thin. The average volume has crept (galloped) from 500k/day to 700k/day during this period.

All in all a healthy picture IMO
