Re is it really necessary LOL! I couldn't believe I was writing that once again, either. But we still seem to have people posting the contrary. <sigh> As people arrive new to the thread, they go through the same learning curve that I have, I expect. People were very good in correcting my misconceptions early on. And that's one of the values of the forum--people state their (mis)understandings, and others inundate them with corrections. Re your point on our truncated selection of users of the phone--I agree. Vman pointed to one call he had with a "real" user, who was at his vacation home outside of cell range. It's that kind of anecdotal evidence that I was thinking about (even though that too will be a truncated sample of the market). Best, John
