I came across this info on ICS. Might be the answer you are looking
for.

ICS requires one network adapter in each computer and network connections between the ICS Host (the computer dialing the Internet) and the ICS Clients (the computers using the Host to access the Internet). If you're hooking up to DSL or cable service then you need two network adapters in the Host - one for the incoming Internet connection and one for the ICS feature.

hope this is of some value to you-------jd

Have you tried NAT32?
It supports one way cable.
I'm using it with two way cable and am satisified.
It's at nat32.com
