Click and Call :I think the age of "Click and Call" is coming. Example: One is looking on the web for a hotel to stay at, (Let's say you want to stay In France for the annual 2 week vacation your company gives) You find a hotel's site on the web but want to talk to someone about reservations and other things, and low and behold, there's a phone number that's blue with an underline(Like a hyperlink). You click the phone number which automatically sets off the phone software(Net2phone?) much like RealAudio comes up when you click on a song. The phone number is automatically dialed and "Voila!!" you're talking to someone in France about vacancies in the spring. Customer service sites, Banks, insurance.. you name it, any company or business with a site will want this kind of link. It's so much easier than picking up the phone and DIALING. Let's face it people are lazy, ask the phone company. Whenever directory assistance gives you a number you get the option of letting them automatically dial it for a small fee of .75 . They say internet telephony will become bigger than wireless and I'm beginning to see why. I believe a fellow named "Bo" posted that there's a ton of VC money being dumped into ACCR and if that's so there must be something they see.Well that's my 2 cents.
