The company has indicated that they expect to complete the offering in April. As for availability of shares, you should probably check with your broker, though I suspect that they have not yet nailed down the syndicate. The S-1 lists Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Bear Stearns & Co., Inc., Robertson Stephens, William Blair & Company and DLJdirect, Inc. Good luck on getting shares.
