TEVA.

Charlie,

Thanks for the information on TEVA's fundamentals. FWIW, here is my view on the chart. The stock is at an all time high so it isn't clear where it might find resistance. With the exception of December (when it outperformed), the stock tracked the trend in the S&P 500 fairly well last year. It tracked the S&P 500 last week too so it might be a market performer for a few weeks while it digests its recent gains. If the market continues to rally, I think TEVA might do ok. If the market corrects, I think TEVA might correct. Often when a stock is trading above its upper weekly and monthly bollinger band (like TEVA) it will consolidate for a few weeks if it pulls back inside of the upper weekly bollinger band. The upper weekly bollinger band is at about 69 1/2 and rising. I would guess that if the stock closes below 70, that it will consolidate for a few weeks. Otherwise, it looks like a good hold.

Most of our initial trades are between $25,000 and $40,000. Based on TEVA's price, I would recommend buying 300 to 500 shares.

Thanks again for sharing your DD on TEVA and I hope that you will share more ideas soon.

Dan

Re TEVA:

My wife is a shrink. I am told that Wellbutrin is a widely prescribed antidepressant. Most MDs and HMOs would jump on a generic form is it were available. That aside, chart looks 'toppy'.

Genetic stocks on fire lately, INCY, HGSI, AFFX.
Any ideas on playing these monsters ? They just don't want to let up.
