I like Checknya(sp?). I love the smell of napalm in the morning.

Well then, I won't fight that war here, either. With which branch of the Evil Empire are you associated? One would guess American or Delta, but as one knows from picking stocks, one would probably be wrong.

Hard to go wrong with Salzburg (or anywhere else in Austria). We have several clients who book houses around Wolfgangsee for their families every summer. I greatly favor alpine regions. Have you been to Bruge, in Belgium?

I tend to grab a two or three month rail pass every couple of years and just go.

At first, I was always going "somewhere" and would look out the window and say, what a great spot and try to notice the name on the little station. Now, I just grab my bag and hop off the train -- who needs to know the stinking name of the place! I can't remember EVER deciding this was a mistake. Perhaps CW would enjoy that sort of itinerary. Easier when you travel alone, which I do about half the time.

I never travel "as an agent." No where near the patience to lead a group and no interest in 15 percent off a room I didn't want to stay in in the first place. Of course, if someone wants to give me a freebie, I'll cooperate!

Pleased to hear from you -

Mike
