All,

Shouldn't we be concerned about this this announcement by Airtouch on Tuesday.

>>> Mobile Data and Internet

In its formal offer document of 23 December 1999, Vodafone AirTouch informed Mannesmann shareholders that it was in the
process of finalising the design of a single global internet platform. This platform is a central element of Vodafone
AirTouch's strategy for mobile data and internet. This strategy builds on the extensive experience already in place
within the Group and has been under development for some time. Vodafone AirTouch is now ready to announce its plans for
the structure and operation of the global platform together with details of the other elements of its global strategy for
mobile data and internet.

Vodafone AirTouch will present its mobile data and internet strategy on Tuesday 11 January 2000 at The Brewery, Chiswell
Street, London, EC1 at the following times:<<<<

I have seen very little speculation about what Vodafone AirTouch will announce as their mobile data strategy. This is the worlds largest wireless provider. Do we know what they are going to announce? Feeling a little like "chicken little" again.
