AMD can benefit immensely if the stock price goes up to $60 level, where it can raise capital by issuing a reasonable number of new shares. It could be a nightmare to Intel, if AMD gets an opportunity to raise new capital through the market.

I say slim only because there is absolutely no room for error in my opinion.
