Bill,

If Greenspan doesn't make even the slightest attempt to "talk down the market" during his Thursday speech, I'll give up all hope for a "soft landing."

If any market in history ever had a "soft landing" from these historic-to-mean levels, I'd like to hear about it. I won't hold my breath :-0

If all we do is move higher or just hang around these levels for a few days and form a bullish pattern with a shallow pull back, then it's off to the races and DOW 14K.....
