I thought about that some, but the components are never changed retroactively. Bigcharts and various other online sources all show the same thing. Only Worden seems to be "out there" on their own.

My thought was that perhaps Worden had accidently plugged in some changes retroactively and they'd fix it once it was pointed out. I also asked whether COMPQX was intended to be something different from the Nasdaq COMP. No response. I also wondered if they somehow screwed up splits in the index or something.

It also occurred to me to wonder whether this is something systemic infecting other stocks/indexes, but I hadn't noticed any. It's interesting that you found the internet index to be incorrect. Have you reported it to Worden? Might help them to put their finger on the root problem.
