Geo Interactive Denies Talks With Nokia

LONDON -- Israel's Geo Interactive Media Group Ltd. (U.GIM) denied
Monday media reports that it is in talks with mobile phone giant Nokia Oyj
(NOK) about forming an alliance.

"That's completely untrue... We are not currently in talks with them," a
spokesman for the U.K.-listed company told Dow Jones Newswires.

He said, however, that the company is constantly looking to enter strategic
agreements. It has an agreement with CDMA mobile phone manufacturer
Samsung Corp. (Q.SSG) but that "leaves open a deal with a GSM mobile
phone company", he added.

"We're talking to a number of people in the market, but we haven't named
them," the spokesman said.
