TD, Prescription data comes out each Wednesday (Tuesday night?). I think that they just keep tabs on new prescriptions or refills, and it really does matter for what disease the prescription is written for, just the drug.
I think that 10 Targretin prescriptions for CTCL would be recorded as 10 Targretin prescriptions, as would a combination of 5 for CTCL and 5 for breast cancer.

This morning LGND released its 5th press release of the year, the sale of Marathon for $10 million in cash.
