Well, before it being announced, or never , it is just a rumor.
However by analysis of the current environment, political or economical, it is time for both DOJ and MSFT to settle this case which is of no "CASE" at all. What a waste of time and money ????

I don't know about rumors (why would news like that leak anyway ?) but I don't think that anyone on the street is expecting a deal.

your crystal balling the DOJ or the visions of mutual funds knocking the door down,
