CRYS- yes I am still holding based on valuaions and what I believe to be a deal that was not valued to what it was meant to be buy the street with the Mainsoft deal. I look at it as a tech/Linux/B2b value play.

CBIS remains a good prospect......C-Bridge Internet falls into the Internet professional services sector, which has been hot lately as companies in the group are
poised to benefit from the push to use Internet technologies to build a competitive advantage.

The Cambridge, Mass.-based firm, which provides Internet services to help companies conduct businesses online, raised $64
million in its initial public offering.

''Their differentiation is that they have a business- to-business focus. They do a good job at the point where strategy marries
the technology. It's more technical and tactical than some of the other integrators who are providing more strategy consulting,''
said Christine Overby, an analyst at Forrester Research. She said a near competitor would be Proxicom Inc.
