Paul, your are posting crap! A real sorry display Paul! I have said many times that Intel's official estimates were 130W at 700 MHz! Those estimates were before the chip was working, after the chip was working they were running hotter than planed/expected. I do not know exactly how much hotter they are running now! Which part of this do you not understand? Which part? you IDIOT!
