- Yeah, I remember "the justice dept came out and said they were nowhere near a settlement when the rumor was floated a week ago" - but weren't all sides in the negotiations suppose to keep quiet. Wasn't the DOJ statement about the two sides not being close to a decision a violation of that agreement? - hmmmm..... maybe Congress is getting a bit perturbed over all the secrets leaking out to foreign spies while DOJ is going full steam ahead to prosecute law abiding American Companies - Oh, I can't wait to vote the stinkin, lousy, lying degenerate Democrats out of office next November
