Z, Mgi's Pure Diva is used in the WebTv and mgi worked closely with Microsoft and Intel. Intel wants the functionality to drive Pentium III into the consumer market and Microsoft wants to control the set top market (and they were really struggling but doing much better now). MGI's product is valuable to the two titans-- I like that. Photosuite and other imaging products are used by Kodak Photonet and on-line photo imaging and printing companies. Zoom Zone is cool, too Just a really interesting company (mighty high valuation now, though)-- mgisoft.com Paul
