Let's see, where should we start. Prior to installing the software, did you close all other programs? Disable your virus scanning software? Have the correct dial-up number? What was the exact message you received regarding your password? Perhaps that password is already in use and you need to choose another? Beyond that, did you access the help section or the FAQ's?
