Please can anyone answer me this question? If I have 2,000 aol shares today...then I will have 4000 aol-time warner shares...
then it will be right to multiply the 4000 times the price of aol today??? (4000x85)???

Gerald M. Levin, Time Warner's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will become AOL Time Warner?s Chief Executive Officer.

So AOL pays Time Warner shareholders $184 Billion so that Steve Case can get a demotion??

Sounds like AOL was getting desperate and was willing to pay up to gain access to TWs properties.

Hmmmm........
