You're right about T, who has acted ambivalent and confused about how to handle athm and cable access. While they were going back and forth on this, and fighting the political battles, AOL as it appears was off building their own playing field. This is just another sign of how the new media companies will make their own rules, and when they reach out for technology they will be unencumbered by old style thinking. If CDMA is the best way to get the job done, and it is economically competitive, then that is what they will use.

Off topic (silly) (regarding dinosaurs disappearing).

I saw a "Far Side" comic ... the caption was "The real reason dinosaurs are extinct."

It showed a whole bunch of dinosaurs all smoking cigarettes.
