Allan H: During the late 1980's, I remember that Marketimer had a PARTIAL money market fund allocation in equity portfolios. Unless things have changes, it would appear that the "100% in or out theory" may be incorrect. I'd expect Brinker to cover this thoroughly during next weekend's extravaganza "special" on asset allocation. As for this weekend's "special", I thought I was listening to Bill Flannigan.

Maybe today's mail will give you the answers you and others seek.

BTW, Junior advised by e-mail that he expects bb.com "maintenance" to probably be completed by sometime this Wednesday. Must be some kind of "inspection and testing" like done on oil refineries where they change "the catalyst" every now and then :-)

I used to think that too. However, I determined that was incorrect.
