AOL @ $85!!!!!!!!
The AOL and Time Warner all-stock deal, which would create a multimedia company with a market capitalization of more than $350 billion, boosted both companies' shares in pre-market trading on Instinet. AOL rose to 85 from its Friday close at 72-7/8, while Time Warner surged to 110 from 64-3/4 at Friday's close.

Yeehaaa, mornin yall, sounds like one huge deal. Help me understand what AOL share holders get. It said one share of the new company for each share held. That doesnt sound like a split but sounds like a swap one for one share?...is that correct? TIA, best regards, Dep
