Torben,

If I recall correctly the price on Marathon was $8MM, at purchase, separate from the Seragen acquisition. The company then paid for the continual operation of Marathon with 50 employees. My guess is that LGND gave away the store in contract guarantees to help sell this dog. Yes it is good to unload it but who knows what the real price is.
