Yaacov, At this point, it appears to be a merger of equals. Although AOL will have the larger stake in terms of equity. All management is maintained. Steve Case will be the CEO and states that he will be running AOL and one would presume AOL-TWX for ten to twenty years. He is only 41 years old now. Did kid us Yaacov, with all your AOL wealth and no capital gains taxes on stocks, you can trade in your fiat for a big American gas guzzler <ggg>. CNBC is televised in Europe, do you have a satellite dish or something that would let you watch it? I think we had one conversation earlier and you saw Maria B. gesticulations?

Hello Yaacov. I read all your posts. Fiat is fine. I don't drive a Cadillac. I don't have this kind of money either. My money is in AOL and stuff. Pretty disappointing at this time. Only up less than 2 whereas all the other media cos. and T and Athm are up more. Go figure. AOL will control TWX with 55%. Case will be Chairman and Levine of TWX CEO. They will have a public presentation any minute now. AOL gave the street what it wanted. Broadband. AOL better go to 100 but not today. And here we thought it could double pretty soon. I am not sure what all this will do. I guess I will listen to the presentation so I will get off here any minute so I don't miss the call. Sonny
