I already do love it and it is not completely set up yet. I tell you though...I spent the entire weekend trying to figure out how to hook up the following:

TV
DSS
Receiver
VCR
DVD

The DVD was easy, as were the speakers....however, I don't have monster cable for the front two. Will look into that. Using 16 guage speaker wire....and probably should have used 14 or 12 guage, but that is another story altogether....anyway....

...but I wanted the VCR to control the DSS. The sound all had to flow through the receiver of course. So the DSS/Receiver/VCR/TV was a bitch. In addition we have a cable to send the DSS signal up to our TV in the bedroom and an antenna connection for local channels. I think I got it all figured out as it appears to work, but dang, I would not be surprised if it was wrong and there is a better way.

One would think it would be simpler than this. Wish my kid was a couple years older, then he would know exactly how to do it.

In a couple months we are going to replace the TV and the DSS receiver unit. I am looking at the SONY WEGA 32FV15. The new DSS receivers are digital so that will complete the system.
