Maybe so, but when CF signed a contract with First Union a couple years ago, I don't thing there was even an announcement. Plus, CF probably had twist arms at wells to even do this blunt and abrupt release.

CKFR is negotiating several contracts and may not want the details of the WF pact to be available to all.

IMHO we will not lose the SPECTRUM processing business. their real concern is on the front end. if they can find an easy, in house, back end they will take it. we all know how likely that is. otherwise they will have to use CKFR for accuracy and quality.

their biggest nightmare would be to present a front end that caused processing errors. when people do not trust them they are out of business, a gamble they can not afford to take.
