RAMX - SPOKANE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2000--Ramex Synfuels, International, Inc. (OTCBB:RAMX) announced today that it has signed and finalized the execution of a definitive agreement and plan of reorganization with SportsSports.Com Inc., a Florida Corporation, doing business on the world wide web as Sportsend.Com. The plan of reorganization will pursue the acquisition through a stock for stock transaction. The plan of reorganization would result in a one for thirty Ramex reverse split of its issued and outstanding 28,138,765 shares and then plans the acquisition of the SportsSports.Com Inc. reverse merger with treasury issued shares of Ramex. Ramex president, Maynard Moe, stated, "This will take the company and its shareholders in an exciting new business direction on the Internet."
