I believe that this merger bodes well for the following firms: DIS - I expect them to look for a partner in internet access. ATHM, T perhaps. T- Still the number one cable provider. Looking for content partnership? ATHM - Broadband plus content. Need the media. Get me Eisner on the phone please... Yahoo - The Yahoo model is pretty straight, but is about to get more complicated as they move toward a strong 'access' partnership. I've increased my position in DIS, and have opened up new positions in ATHM and T.
