I believe the "in the fall" statement was posted here by someone who received some kind of shareholder note or something of that sort. I can neither confirm nor deny the validity of that statement. I merely pointed out that "fall" didn't officially end till just prior to Xmas. I found the banter on this thread over the weekend very amusing, to say the least. I could care less what eventually becomes of XSNI, or any other stock for that matter. As to the legitimacy of any stock, my only concern is making a profit. That profit WILL come at someone's expense.
