I realize Power lunch type exposure is to be watched for any short term movement, but more important is the news on the ERICY lawsuit front which is easily accessible, This is a big development which most people seem to agree gets us much closed to a settlement in IDC's favor. Also, Yak meister, Lucent has a blurb about rapidly moving to 3G for competitive reasons, and it stands to reason if so their competitors would have to move up their timetables as well. This is a volatile stock and money can be made both directions, so good luck, but I'm in the hold camp. Nonetheless, like you I will be very interested in Goldberg's comments and the CNBC boobs reaction if any, any any short term price movement. May want to try trading in the future- I like watching guys like you to learn the trading mentality.
