Re: "Niles sees a solid Q4 and help going forward from post-Y2K PC spending recovery and Windows 2000 product roll-"

I am beginning to surmise that Niles who had Dell as PICK OF THE WEEK or STOCK OF THE WEEK just before the Q2 earnings release is worried and playing it very cautious with Dell. That call kinda petered out and he may be very unsure of Dell which is playing into ML's Fontuna's downplay.

Plus there is lots of time before Dell reports and we got Greenspan talking on Thursday, PPI report and then CPI report which is no doubt going to take all the steam out of this current market rise. Dell with all those shorts 47+million is not participating in market conditions.

Michael Dell should comfort the share holder's if this is just short selling manipulation and the fact that he is absent is causing alarm. May be tomorrow we'll know for sure when INTC give it's CC.

A very worrying unbelievable situation indeed!
