ken - i was able to use quicken a couple weeks ago but haven't tried since.

msdw has been a mess since it took over discover. today is yet another day that i haven't been able to get in consistently.

I had the same problem. The Quicken transaction download just stopped working on 11/22/1999. It coincided with the site certificate getting changed to MSDW from Discover. I emailed the MSDW support only to get answers like Oh! It's working as far as we know .... Anyway, it started working after I installed Quicken 2000 trial version. I had to remove all MSDW info and then readd it. Hope this helps.
