Do you think there is much chance of that happening? I don't. It was one thing to break up a public utility (AT&T), but to interfere with the one thing this country does better than any other, technology, would be insane. Then again, your word lunatic aptly describes the look of those that were celebrating on the finding of fact Friday re Microsoft.
