(CDNW) 11 5/8 +1 3/8 (+13%): Shares of online music retailer benefitting from AOL/TWX deal, as investors anticipate favorable distribution relationships with AOL. In July, CDNW inked deal to merge with Columbia House, which is 37% owned by Sony Corp. (SNE) and 37% owned by Time Warner.
