Susie, AOL make take a short term hit on this merger, since they are the acquirer and it will slow their growth rate from historic trends. But this is a huge combination, long term you will be well rewareded, IMO. larry

Entered at 72 Euro for a long investment too. This merger gives AOL huge possibilities. Other possibility to enter the merger is buying TWX, still got a premium of about 20% compared to AOL, but you have the risk the merger doesn't go through and TWX goes back to old levels.
