idc alert, cnbc asking for viewers e-mail to ask ceo questions, doesnt sound like they are going to "grill them", sounds more like and "informational" interview, thereby limiting downside due to "ambush" reporting, idc should still "hype higher"

Low 70s looked like a decent AOL entry point even before its blockbuster announcement with TWX. In my opinion, the present price of AOL looks like a bargain when you consider the impact of this merger in the areas of global communication and entertainment.

Re: AOL/TWX Discount Redux

The 17% discount of TWX to the value of 1.5 AOL shares is pretty persistent. Seems the arbs have run their numbers. Wonder what they're using for the time value of money, T-bills or QQQ? :-)

One of the risk factors I mentioned (regulatory approval) doesn't seem to be raising much concern.
