I like the merger, but I think if tax is not a consideration (i.e. IRA account) it makes sense to sell your AOL and buy TWX because you will be freeing up money and getting the same ownership in the new company. It makes even more sense if AOL is a core holding in your IRA like it is in mine.

Just my thoughts.

Your right. I don' think the AOL management are stupid! Happy camping
