why do so many fewer shares result in same ownership. what is the premium? If you have 100 shares of AOL, how many shares of TWX do you buy to have the same equity and why? I got tangled up somewhere here. TIA

It is my understanding that AOL shareholders will emerge owning 55% of the new company and TWX shareholders will own 45%.
