I think that MSFT has way too much on their plate right now to make that happen. A strategic relationship between MSN and Disney might make sense.

Speculation is reported in WSJ and on CNBC that AT&T may pursue Disney:

AT&T could find itself under pressure to acquire companies that could help fill those pipes. How it resolves the question will be the critical factor that will determine whether AT&T ultimately makes a play for a media concern such as Walt Disney Co.

"If they were sure they didn't want to do it before, then they are going to have to think about it now," says Robert Frank, an economist at Cornell University's Johnson School of Management....
