Hi Paul,

I'm a Waterhouse customer and have been for a year. Previously used DLJ and a few daytrading setups. I'm pretty happy with Waterhouse EXCEPT for options trades. I find the options quotes to be often wildly innaccurate and often cannot buy or sell options over the web because my trades often exceed their $ limit. Sorry about this negativity, Paul. I'm looking at Preferred Trade, or somewhere else (Wall St. Access, ed?) to do options trading.

One good thing about Waterhouse is that if your account is large, you get a priority access number to call to place trades. Essentially, every time you call, you "cut in line" and you never have to wait for a broker.
