As far as the expansion of money, the fed continues to do what it does best.

So much for removing "special y2k liquidity" by our FED. My guess is bonds wont be liking this much.

Prediction: Look for:
1. More reserve expansion as the FED targets money growth at rates exceeding inflation+economic growth.
2. Long bond at 8% by midyear. 10% by year end
3. Inflation to hit 6% this year.

Only thing that would temper this would be a 30% downmove in the djx, spx and ndx. Something I just dont see happening this year
