IBES estimate for FY99 is TWD 1.23 and 3.33 for 2000.

Stock code in Taiwan is 2303.

So using the Taiwan Semiconductor/Worldwide Semiconductor multiple for SIII's UMC stake works out to $12.75 a SIII share for its UMC stake.

So one can buy the rest of SIII for less than just their UMC stake.
