<<as to why we should take a child away from his father.>>

The US has done no such thing.

His mother gave up her life to bring up him here so he could avoid growing up in an oppressive regime, with no civil liberties and economic future under Castro.

Meanwhile the father is back in Cuba with a new wife and family. And Castro won't let him go to Florida to tell the Judge what he wants. Maybe because Castro can control his "viewpoint" in Cuba? The father knows his boy has a better future in the US. But what do you think Castro would do him to him and his new family if the father expressed such a view in Cuba?

We didn't kidnap the boy, his mother brought him here. Would some of you really look a six year old boy in the eye and send him back to that brutal situation?
